15 Tools that will help you on your Spiritual path and help raise your vibration
Rituals are a good way to calm the mind down, because it gives it a break from problem solving mode. You can give your ritual a name like “my feel good ceremony (or celebration)” and then add a few of the tools we’ll talk about.
- Meditation
- Connect with your Spirit Guides often. They will become your biggest helpers. Keep a Journal just for you and your Spirit Guides
- Develop a positive outlook towards life no matter your struggles this will attract positive energies that will help you move through these challenging times. Such attitude transformers our lives in miraculous ways.
- Find a community with like minded Spiritual people that will support you on your journey.
- Balance your spiritual and material life. Our material life helps us experience life to the fullest a spiritual life helps us understand ourselves and our purpose
- Find a friend, sister, brother that would like to be on this journey of awakening with you and support each other through it.
- When and if you come up against a rough patch a tough hurdle, seek a spiritual, intuitive teacher or mentor with experience that will help you get through it.
- Read and watch positive things, such as books and videos that will lift you up not put you in a fear base place that brings your vibration down to 3D.
- Become aware what dimension you are on and practice staying in the 5th Dimensions of consciousness.
- Be kind and patient with yourself. It may take awhile to let go of habits and conditioning accumulated throughout this and past lifetimes.
- Breathing (pranayana)Prana - vital live force. Not only expels carbon monoxide but also discharges expended energy when you exhale deeply.
- Movement such as dancing and walking, physically clears the lymph system but energetically moves out stuck energy
- Listen to music, the frequency of sound such as canting, sound bowls, singing and music, helps raise your vibration.
- Step out into nature, go for a hike in the woods and take in the sounds around you its the easiest vibration to assimilate
- Be aware of what you eat, heavy food, heavy energy. Eating fresh fruit and vegetables helps raise your vibration.
